Q. What is After Sunset's return policy?

 

A. After Sunset wants you to be totally satisfied with your shopping experience on our website. There are times, although few, when you may want to return or exchange an item.

Please note the following: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. Please contact After Sunset Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition. Please refer to After Sunset's Return Policy, but below are some guidelines to follow when receiving your order.

 

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

Jewellery: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care. Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.

 

 

 

Q. How long will it take to receive a refund if i have returned an item?

 

A. Your refund should reach you within 30 days of you returning your item to us, provided you have followed the instructions as detailed in "Refund Policy". Please ensure you read through "Returning your Goods" for details on how to return an item.

Q. When will my charge card be debited?

 

A. Your charge card will be charged just prior to shipment of your goods. When you enter your charge card information and click "confirm payment" we take an authorisation which makes those funds available for a limited time. You will also receive a order confirmation email with 24 hours with details of your order. Once your order has been despatched, we will charge your card and notify you by email that your order is in transit.

  

 

 

Q. How safe is shopping on After Sunset?

 

A. We understand that the safety of your transaction is the most important consideration when shopping online. We therefore have made that our highest priority when creating this online shopping experience. We use the high-level SSL encryption technology, this is used to protect your information that is imput to our site when registering and accessing your account. For the credit card transactions online you will be handed over to the banks secure servers to authorize your card. We also use Paypal and Google-checkout and you will be handed over to their respective servers which are also secured and encypted. 

  

  

 

Q. What happens after I place an order?

 

A. After placing an order we will send a confirmation email to you. One of our staff members will check the information on your order to ensure all is correct. Your order is then picked from stock and packed awaiting shipment. Your charge card is then debited, you will then receive a confirmation of shipment and your order is then processed to the shipping dept. and sent to you.

  

  

  

Q. Will I get a receipt with my order?

 

A. You will receive an email confirming your order has been despatched, which will act as an electronic receipt. You will also receive a printed copy with your shipped items.

  

  

 

Q. Why am I not receiving any email confirmations?

 

A. If you are confident that you furnished us with the correct email address, please check your "spam" filter settings. By setting your provider to reject unwanted junk email, you may, without your knowing, blocking the very emails you are looking to receive.
