RETURNING YOUR GOODS

 

 At After Sunset we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Sometimes though, we understand you may want to return an item, so below are instructions of how the process works. After Sunset reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.

Please note: Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition with tags and original packaging. Please follow the instructions below - failure to do so may result in After Sunset being unable to accept the return.

 

Clothing: When trying on clothing, shoes, etc. please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

 

Jewellery: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care.

 

Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn, unscuffed and in its original unmarked and undamaged box with original packaging.

 

 

 

Returns - Change of mind

You will receive a returns number by email.

Complete the returns form.

Returned items must reach After Sunset within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Send the item(s) back to After Sunset at the address on the returns form, in the original packaging. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service.

Please note that returning items will be at your expense.

Items must be returned to After Sunset in their original condition and with their original packaging.

All refunds will be credited to your Debit/Credit card within 30 working days of After Sunset receiving the item.

 

 


Exchanges

 

Unfortunately After Sunset cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, a member of our team will contact you by email or telephone and let you know. You will be given the option to exchange for another item or get or a refund where applicable.

You will receive a returns number by email. Complete the returns form ensuring all the correct information that is required is included. Send the item(s) back to After Sunset at the address on the returns form, in the original packaging. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service. Please note that returning items will be at your expense, however the cost of sending the exchanged item(s) out will be met by After Sunset. Subsequent exchanges could require additional packaging costs. All items must be returned to After Sunset must be in their original condition.

 

 

 

Error by After Sunset / Problem goods

You will receive a returns number by email.

Complete the returns form ensuring all the correct information that is required is included, including the reason for return stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange and the problem with the item being returned.

Send the item(s) back to After Sunset at the address on the returns form, in the original packaging. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service.

If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, After Sunset will be happy to refund you the costs involved in sending the item back to us as well as your original postage costs.

You will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us.

 

 


7 Day Cooling off period

 

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

 

 


Statutory rights

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
