SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery times and costs:At After Sunset we want your cost of delivery to be as clear as possible before you make your purchase. You can also choose as to the delivery address most convenient for you, whether that be home or work. Postage costs are calculated automatically and is displayed during your checkout process after you have specified your delivery address and is based on combined weight of purchase(s).
International times and costs
All orders delivered to international addresses are delivered using
Airmail or DPD. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14
working days after you have placed your order, depending on which
country you are ordering from and the service you select. Actual
delivery times will be displayed when you go through to the store
checkout.
Customs and Import Duties (Taxes)
For orders placed on our website to be delivered within the border of the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
All other orders are VAT free. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches its destination country, we have no control or responsibility for the payment of these taxes therefore After Sunset does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what those charges will be. If you incur these additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs.
PLEASE NOTE: Our international courier cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses it must be a verifiable address which corresponds to the method of payment used.
BFPO Address (British Forces)
We accept orders to all BFPO addresses, the delivery charge will be based on the weight of the goods and items will be despatched via Royal Mail.

Out of Stock Items
If your item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you. You will always be contacted via email with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. |
