PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. By accessing and using this Website in any way, including, without limitation, browsing the Website, using any information, using any content, using any services, and/or placing an order for products or services, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions described in this document ("Terms and Conditions"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IN ANY MANNER. The Terms of Use are entered into by and between After Sunset and you. If you are using the Website on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and Conditions on your employer's behalf.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Representatives by email, or call us on 0845 017 1541 between 9:30am-5:30pm. Please note that all calls to our Customer Representatives will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other networks may vary).

Accuracy of Content 

    After Sunset has taken every care with the preparation of content on this website, in particular to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publishing and all products have described accurately and fairly. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Full attention is given to ensure all technical information and advice is accurate. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

Colours

After Sunset has taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the appearance of the products shown on our website. Due to the differences in the way individual graphics cards display information over the internet we cannot guarantee the product, upon delivery, exactly matching your computers display. After Sunset therefore to the extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on our website. After Sunset shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on our website.

Purchase of Products (Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting)

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on our website by pressing the confirm order at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on our website.

We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing your purchases. When your purchase ships from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of your purchase, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of After Sunset until paid for in full.

Please note: Goods shall not be released to customers until payment is received in full.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

The identification of a pricing or product description error.

You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out in the main terms and conditions.

Contract cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise that right no longer than 10 working days after the day on which you receive the products.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable. Orders are accepted and a promise for delivery given conditionally upon After Sunset being able to obtain the necessary products, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other cicumstances beyond our control.

Price and payment

The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include VAT in the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right, by giving notice to you, the buyer, at any time before delivery to increase the price goods to reflect any increase in cost to us, which is due to factors beyond our control (such as without limitation, foreign exchange rate fluctuations, significant increase in labour costs, materials or other costs of manufacture). In this unlikely event of there being an increase in the price of goods you , the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of product you order and the speed of delivery you require.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of your purchase(s).

Returns

Returns should be made in original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withold a percentage of the refund value of the returned goods if the product or packaging are in such condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. See refund policy page for futher details.
